Had a fantastic group vacation. Enjoyed scenic walks and cycling near the hills. The outdoor tennis court was a fun addition. Staff were super friendly, and the pub area had a great vibe. Dinner was well presented, with generous portions at breakfast and good variety. Haddington Golf Club and nearby waters were perfect for activities.
One of our friends stayed in a room that had an annoying dripping noise, likely from a gutter issue. It was quite disruptive and unpleasant.

I had an awesome time at this hotel, especially enjoying the cozy room and the delicious evening meal they served. They’ve got a lovely garden area to relax in and a comfy lounge for downtime. One tiny hiccup was the small TV that felt a bit far away, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

The central location provides easy access to the village's charm. The public rooms exude character, giving a cozy, inviting atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.
Room decor feels like it's stuck in the past—too much furniture made it cramped for two. The bathroom showed its age, with a temperamental hot tap and a broken soap dish that had seen better days. Some minor maintenance issues, like dirty window frames and a non-functional light, took away from the experience. the continental buffet disappointed without any cooked breakfast options, which felt like a letdown.
